  • Participate in client intake meetings & site survey.
  • Brainstorm and propose creative solutions.
  • Prepare 3D renders and present winning designs to clients.
  • Develop design/detailed drawings.
  • Prepare colour scheme and material board.
  • Source competitive quote/materials/samples.
  • Prepare Construction Specification/Design Documentation/Sample Board.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent.
  • Min 1 years design experience in commercial projects

Creative conceptual design ability with a flair for winning designs.

  • Able to work under tight schedule.
  • Have experience in technical/detailed co-ordination and drawing.
  • Skilled in space planning/conceptual design/interior detailing.
  • Proficient in AutoCad, Photoshop & Sketchup, Sketchup, Powerpoint, Excel, and any other design software.
  • Good team player and proactive.
  • Able to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Takes pride in seeing a project to completion.
