I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Senior Merchandise Product Designer
: là người sáng tạo và am hiểu xu hướng để thiết kế, phát triển các sản phẩm merchandise độc đáo, phù hợp với brand identity và thị hiếu khách hàng. Vị trí này sẽ phối hợp chặt chẽ với team Marketing, Licensing/IP, Sourcing để tạo ra những sản phẩm có giá trị thương mại cao, đồng thời truyền tải được tinh thần thương hiệu.

  • Nghiên cứu & phát triển ý tưởng sản phẩm (R&D)
    : theo dõi xu hướng thiết kế, thị hiếu khách hàng, tham khảo thị trường trong và ngoài nước.
  • Thiết kế merchandise đa dạng
    : apparel (áo thun, hoodie, mũ), accessories (túi, bình nước, vòng tay), collectibles (art toys, limited edition items), packaging…
  • Phát triển concept sáng tạo
    : đảm bảo sự gắn kết giữa sản phẩm và thương hiệu/nhân vật IP (show, ca sĩ, nghệ sĩ,…).
  • Chuẩn bị bản vẽ & file kỹ thuật
    : thiết kế 2D/3D, mockup, spec sheet để gửi cho nhà cung cấp/sản xuất.
  • Đảm bảo tính nhất quán của thương hiệu (brand consistency)
    : kiểm soát toàn bộ line sản phẩm merchandise để đồng bộ với brand guideline, design system và tinh thần IP.
  • Phối hợp với team sản xuất
    : chọn chất liệu, kiểm tra mẫu (sampling), đảm bảo chất lượng và tính khả thi.
  • Quản lý tiến độ
    : từ khâu lên ý tưởng → thử nghiệm mẫu → sản xuất hàng loạt → ra mắt thị trường.
  • Đóng góp ý tưởng marketing
    : hỗ trợ team marketing/brand trong việc tạo concept hình ảnh, lookbook, visual khi ra mắt sản phẩm.

II. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

  • Cao Đẳng/ Đại Học Chuyên ngành: thiết kế thời trang, thiết kế sản phẩm,…
  • 3+ năm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế sản phẩm, thời trang, hoặc merchandise.
  • Có portfolio thể hiện rõ kinh nghiệm thiết kế merchandise hoặc sản phẩm tiêu dùng
  • Có hiểu biết kiến thức về ngành Merchandise
  • Hiểu về quy trình in ấn (silkscreen, embroidery, DTG…), chất liệu vải, nhựa, kim loại, packaging.
  • Biết làm việc với vendor/factory, theo dõi quy trình sản xuất mẫu.
  • Thành thạo Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, hoặc các phần mềm 3D (CLO3D, Blender là điểm cộng).
  • Có khả năng phát triển design system xuyên suốt nhiều dòng sản phẩm.
  • Thành thạo Vi tính văn phòng (MS Office)
  • Thành thạo Tiếng Anh (ưu tiên: Business English)
  • Cẩn thận, trung thực, chủ động trong công việc
  • Khả năng xử lý thông tin, tình huống tốt
  • Khả năng tổ chức và quản lý thời gian
