Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chinese–English Assistant to support our team with bilingual communication, content preparation, and presentation development. The ideal candidate must have strong proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin), with the ability to write, edit, and create professional documents and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and translate documents, reports, and presentations between Chinese and English.
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and other materials in Chinese and English.
  • Assist in content creation for internal and external communication, ensuring clarity and cultural accuracy.
  • Support daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-up.
  • Maintain smooth communication between Chinese- and English-speaking teams.
  • Conduct research and summarize findings in both languages when required.

  • 促进中英文团队之间的顺畅沟通;
  • 根据需要进行研究,并用中英文总结研究结果。

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Bachelor's degree in Languages, Business, Communication, or related field.
  • Excellent command of Chinese (written & spoken) – required for drafting content and creating PPTs.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written & spoken).
  • Proven experience in preparing professional documents and high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience as an assistant, translator, or content creator is a plus.

  • 优秀的中文书写及口语能力(必须,能独立撰写内容并制作 PPT);
  • 优秀的英文书写及口语能力;
