Position: Student Recruitment Manager(Location: Ho Chi Minh / Ha Noi)
Roles & Responsibilities1. Counselling
- To counsel and assist students to make best-informed decisions;
- To develop and enhance the counselling services;
- To follow up on students' enquiry / application / acceptance;
- To attend to students and parents feedbacks, inquiries and complaints in an appropriate and prompt manner and adhere to service standards;
- Maintain student database.
2. Business Development
- To identify and develop new market (i.e. products, branch offices, students);
- To identify and develop new business partners;
- To identify and develop new business entities which may supplement the current education and migration business.
3. Marketing
- To develop and implement annual marketing plan and budget for the region;
- To work with Country Lead to ensure the regional marketing strategies are coherent with the Group.
4. Public Relations
- Build relationship with all stakeholders;
- To ensure good relationship at all levels at local office.
5. Operations
- Provide timely monthly report;
- Ensure the office/region is operated consistently to the AUG culture;
- Ensure the set targets / KPIs are met;
- Ensure the office/region is operated in a commercially viable manner;
- To be posted/assist in other AUG offices when required;
- Any other tasks as assigned.
