1. Job Description / Mô tả công việc

* HSE (Health – Safety – Environment)

  • Implement and monitor HSE, Fire Safety, and environmental compliance.

  • Conduct safety orientation and regular safety inspections.

  • Coordinate equipment/fire system inspections and legal documents.

  • Prepare risk assessments and incident reports.

* Admin – General Affairs

  • Manage office equipment and purchasing.

  • Support administrative tasks and internal events.

* Basic IT & Email Support

  • Coordinate with IT vendors for device maintenance.

  • Set up email accounts, permissions, and software.

  • Track IT assets and basic troubleshooting.

2. Requirements / Yêu cầu

  • Fluent English (mandatory).

  • At least 2 years of experience in GA/Admin or HSE.

  • Basic IT knowledge: email, devices, networks.

  • Good communication, detail-oriented, proactive.

3. WORKING TIME & LOCATION / THỜI GIAN & ĐỊA ĐIỂM

  • Working hours: Monday – Saturday; 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
