RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation projects,
  end-to-end automated test suites
  that validate critical user flows and system integrations.
• Build, execute, and optimize automated test scripts for web applications and APIs (Playwright, Selenium, or similar).
• Report to and collaborate closely with the QA Lead
  to ensure
  comprehensive test coverage
  , including end-to-end (E2E) testing, throughout all stages of development.
• Co-op with the QAE team for individual automation project support
• Leverage AI-based tools and techniques
  to enhance, speed up, and improve automation efforts, such as test case generation, root-cause analysis, and predictive defect detection.
• Create and execute targeted test plans, scenarios, and procedures for regression, smoke, integration, and E2E testing in an agile development environment.
• Integrate and monitor automated test results in CI/CD pipeline
  , report coverage status, and communicate quality risks to stakeholders.
• Perform manual exploratory tests when necessary to complement automated coverage.
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and analyze requests/responses to validate data flow across systems.
• Identify, document, and track defects including issues related to functionality, UX, performance, localization, and integrations.
• Prioritize, scope, and escalate issues effectively while collaborating with development and product teams for timely resolution.
• Continuously improve QA processes, automation strategy, and
  E2E workflow coverage
  .

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Required 3+ years of QA experience, including 2+ years focused on
  automation and E2E testing
  .
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Required hands-on experience with
  end-to-end test automation
  using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
• Required ability to design maintainable and robust E2E automation suites that provide meaningful coverage and validate real-world scenarios.
• Proficiency with scripting languages (TypeScript, JavaScript) and formats like JSON.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies: unit, integration, regression, smoke, and E2E testing.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) to automate E2E test execution.
• Experience testing software during both
  initial development phases
  and
  ongoing live operations
  with continuous release cycles.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of SQL for data validation and test setup is a plus.
• Nice to have: Previous experience utilizing AI-driven solutions in test automation, such as intelligent test selection, self-healing tests, or defect clustering for process improvement.
• Proficient in using bug tracking systems (JIRA, Xray, or similar).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing priorities across multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying potential quality risks early and suggesting preventive measures.
