[JD] QA Automation Engineer

I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Tham gia vào quá trình
    kiểm thử tự động hóa (Automation Test)
    cho các hệ thống
    Fintech / ví điện tử
    , bao gồm các module: nạp - rút tiền, P2P transfer, thông báo giao dịch, xác thực đa lớp (MFA), Auto Provisioning, và Monitoring/Audit.
  • Thiết kế, xây dựng và duy trì
    framework kiểm thử tự động
    cho Web, Mobile và API (Frontend & Backend).
  • Viết
    test case, test script, test data
    cho automation test, đảm bảo bao phủ đầy đủ luồng nghiệp vụ quan trọng.
  • Thực hiện
    API Testing, Regression Testing, Performance Testing
    trên các hệ thống lớn, có lượng người dùng cao.
  • Phối hợp với đội
    DevOps
    để tích hợp test script vào
    pipeline CI/CD
    (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
  • Quản lý và theo dõi kết quả test,
    ghi log lỗi (bug tracking)
    và phối hợp với team
    Backend / Mobile / Product Owner
    để khắc phục sự cố.
  • Đóng góp ý kiến trong việc
    nâng cấp quy trình QA, đề xuất công cụ & kỹ thuật mới
    giúp tối ưu thời gian kiểm thử và chất lượng sản phẩm.
  • Hỗ trợ đào tạo, mentoring các thành viên Junior trong nhóm kiểm thử.

II. YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

  • Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm
    làm việc ở vị trí
    QA Automation Engineer / Software Tester
    , ưu tiên trong lĩnh vực
    Fintech, Banking, Payment, hoặc ví điện tử.
  • Thành thạo một trong các ngôn ngữ lập trình kiểm thử: Java / Python / JavaScript / TypeScript.
  • Có kinh nghiệm sâu với các công cụ automation test
  • Có hiểu biết về
    Performance Testing tools
    như
    JMeter, Gatling, Locust, BlazeMeter.
  • Hiểu rõ quy trình phát triển phần mềm (SDLC, STLC), đặc biệt trong Agile/Scrum.
  • Hiểu biết về
    Database (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
    ,
    message queue (Kafka)
    và
    API integration (RESTful, GraphQL)
    là lợi thế.
  • Tư duy phân tích tốt, chi tiết, logic, có tinh thần trách nhiệm và khả năng tự học cao.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ
    ISTQB Foundation / Advanced
    , hoặc
    Automation Testing Certificate.
