2. RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Lead end-to-end projects:
    Oversee the entire project lifecycle - from discovery to delivery - ensuring initiatives bring real value to customers and enhance business operations.
  • Portfolio management:
    Align projects with strategic goals and help leadership prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Stakeholder alignment:
    Define clear goals, run regular syncs, and keep all teams informed and engaged.
  • Risk & change management:
    Identify potential issues early, propose practical solutions, and guide teams through changes smoothly.
  • Effective communication:
    Deliver clear, concise project updates to senior stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.

3. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or IT
  • 4+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Familiar with IT, integration, digital platforms, or data analytics projects
  • Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile delivery
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in Japanese (N3) and English
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
