  • Monitor daily activities of export/import shipments Sea-Air from Billing, DO/pre-alerts, issue invoices, input cost, update Tracking and finish files correctly.
  • Solve problems and ensure smooth handling and good service delivered to the clients.
  • Ensure the timeliness and the accuracy of Billing, File Closing, docs/info uploading to company systems.
  • Manage the filing as company guidelines.
  • Provide ideas and suggestions to the management to continuously enhance work efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teamworker for the cross-functional project when needed.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Solid freight forwarding knowledge with all ship modes (Sea, Air, Local transportation), domestic and international procedure practice.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in export documentation
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • The ability to work independently, under pressure, multi-task, be a team player, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and Outlook is a must.
  • Good discipline.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Take Initiative, teamwork, self-motivation, and detail.
  • Positive attitude with a "can do" mindset.
