RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gather and analyze detailed business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
  • Conduct comprehensive fit-gap analysis to identify areas requiring customization or process changes.
  • Design and implement Oracle Fusion ERP configurations aligned with global standards and compliant with local statutory and regulatory requirements, including support across SIT, UAT, and production environments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications and process documentation to support development and testing teams.
  • Design and deliver user training programs using a train-the-trainer approach to empower internal trainers and end-users.
  • Facilitate smooth user adoption by guiding stakeholders through system configurations, workflows, and addressing technical queries during rollout.
  • Advise on and support Vietnam-specific localization features such as tax compliance, electronic invoicing, and statutory reporting.
  • Act as a liaison between the China-based project team and local users to ensure clear communication, timely issue resolution, and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business analysts to drive continuous improvement and system enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance post-implementation and assist with troubleshooting and optimization.
  • Participate in project status meetings, providing regular updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Successfully completed 1–2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion ERP
    is a plus.
  • Extensive hands-on experience and deep functional knowledge in Oracle ERP modules.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business processes into Oracle configurations while ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements.
  • Proficient in testing methodologies and coordination of SIT and UAT phases.
  • Experienced in delivering end-user training and support with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid understanding of localization requirements, particularly in Vietnam.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural environments, especially bridging communication between China-based teams and local stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English; Vietnamese proficiency.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
