Job description
  • Phát triển và tối ưu game client bằng Cocos Creator/ Cocos2D-x hoặc Unity cho hệ thống game online đa nền tảng.
  • Thiết kế gameplay logic, animation system, UI/UX trong game, đảm bảo trải nghiệm người chơi mượt mà.
  • Tích hợp và đồng bộ real-time communication (WebSocket, Socket.IO, Photon, Mirror) với backend.
  • Tối ưu FPS, memory, asset streaming để game chạy ổn định với CCU cao (10k–50k).
  • Làm việc với Canvas/WebGL export, Spine, Rive/Lottie, Particle System để nâng cao hiệu ứng và animation.
  • Phối hợp với Backend, UI/UX, QA để đảm bảo gameplay ổn định và đúng tiến độ release
Your skills and experience
  • Có kinh nghiệm phát triển game bằng Cocos Creator/Cocos2d-x hoặc Unity (C#).
  • Thành thạo xây dựng casual game, realtime multiplayer game.
  • Có kinh nghiệm xử lý real-time sync, gameplay đồng bộ, protocol realtime.
  • Am hiểu animation system trong engine (Spine, Animator Controller, Rive, Lottie, Particle).
  • Kinh nghiệm tối ưu hiệu năng: FPS, memory, asset loading/streaming.
  • Hiểu về UI/UX trong game: responsive, in-app Webview, dynamic UI.
  • Kỹ năng teamwork, biết phối hợp với BE team và các bộ phận khác.

Ưu tiên:

  • Có sản phẩm game đã release thực tế (casual, MMO, realtime multiplayer).
  • Kinh nghiệm publish trên App Store/Google Play hoặc cross-platform (WebGL, PC).
  • Hiểu biết cơ bản về backend game services (auth, matchmaking, payment).
  • Từng tham gia các cuộc thi ACM/ICPC, Olympic Tin học hoặc có nền tảng thuật toán tốt
