We are looking for a Korean-speaking Nutritionist
to join our team at a well-established
International School in Hanoi
.

What You Will Do

As the key connection between the school and the kitchen team, you will:

  • Develop daily and monthly menus that balance nutrition, Korean taste preferences, and student satisfaction
  • Supervise meal preparation and food safety with the Head Chef and QC team
  • Train and guide canteen staff to ensure high hygiene and service standards
  • Collaborate closely with the school to gather feedback and enhance meal quality
  • Promote Korean culinary and nutritional values within an international environment

What We're Looking For

  • Fluency in
    Korean
    (native or advanced level)
  • Educational background in
    Nutrition, Food Science, F&B Management, or related field
  • Strong communication skills and genuine interest in student wellbeing
  • Experience in school catering or institutional food service
    is preferred
