We are seeking an one year contract Executive, Account Management (with posible extention) who thoroughly understands the local Tourism Industry. AM will play a key role in sustaining our relationships with Partners, while ensuring Partners' product quality on KKday. Therefore, AM should have excellent customer service skill and communication skills.Success in this position requires a strong results-oriented management with excellent follow-through and attention to detail; strong and persuasive communication skills; solid technology skills; and a flexible, entrepreneurial orientation. The ideal candidate must thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multi-tasking are the norm.Scope of work:Manage products onboardingManage accounts - own, develop and manage accounts in assigned destinations. Ensure that their products (content, rates and availability) are consistently optimized and competitive to maximize customer conversionMonitor the inventory and estimate the expected purchase quantity based on past sales records.Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and superior consulting services to partners (revenue management advice, marketing opportunities with KKday)Have thorough market intelligence: Understand the industry and its developments - very good knowledge of market trends, customer booking trends, partners' rate structure and pros and cons of competitors' modelReview bad COGS products weekly and request to BD to deal with suppliersOptimize use of process and systems - Be familiar with full spectrum of business tools and ensure the team to use of the systemsOther reasonable duties, as assignedQualification required:Fresh graduates are welcome to applyStrong background in Tourism or E-commerce (>1 years),Fluent English and ChineseExceptional client service skills and enjoy working with peopleData-driven, superior attention to detailAbility to work under pressureHigh energy, positive, professional attitude; take pride in work productExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficientlyHave great teamwork skills, as well as individual initiativeStrong computer skills to include: Microsoft Office and experience in using OTA extranet (preferred)
