GoldsunFood is looking for a
passionate Restaurant Manager
to lead the team, improve operational excellence, and deliver outstanding dining experiences. If you love the F&B industry and want to thrive in a dynamic multi-unit environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations: service, kitchen, cashier, and inventory.
  • Ensure excellent guest experiences and maintain service standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor costs, inventory, wastage, and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, Marketing, and QA teams.
  • Drive revenue growth and implement operational improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager (preferably in F&B chains).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations & cost control.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and develop team members.
  • High sense of responsibility, service mindset & adaptability.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
