  • Training & certification management for DL operation.
  • Plant space Utilities cost allocation maintenance & follow up.

Qualification
】

  • Bachelor or Engineer degree and English above 500 for TOEIC.
  • Have 1-2 exp in the same position, Fresh with good knowledge can be consider.
  • Senior or manager position English must be good, Chinese is in plus

Lean Specialist (Closed)
【Job Description】

  • Providing training for new employees about lean practices, including time management and prioritization skills
  • Helping managers understand lean principles and how to apply them in their departments
  • Performing audits to identify waste in processes or procedures and recommending changes to improve performance
  • Establishing work measurement programs and analyzing work samples to develop labor utilization standards
  • Discussing with engineering staff and management to plan and suggest
  • Educating and coaching company personnel on Lean concepts, tools and methods

  • Have Lean training or certificate.
  • Bachelor's degree and above With English (TOEIC score 500 above)
  • Good presentation skill, can deliver clear message with clear logic.
  • Be interest or experience in PCBA SMT & OSAT manufacturing process.

Industry 4.0 (Closed)
【Job Description】

  • According to customer demand, establish site I4.0 implementation annually milestone.
  • Site contact window, breakdown milestone working step, assign to functional department to develop real-time data collection system & dashboard, interconnect manufacturing site and customer.
  • Build "Flexsim" production line simulation model, detect bottleneck process and analysis improvement opportunities.
  • Self-assessment and review with customer to evaluate site I4.0 score project by project, based on standardized elements/metrics (SKU, CT, UPH, RFTY, Machine parameter, Machine Downtime, COT, OEE, SPC/CTQ…)
  • Training I4.0 knowledge for project team members.

【Qualifications】
Major requirements:

  • Have knowledge and experience of MQTT protocol.
  • Have knowledge and experience of using C# or python or other equivalent software.
  • Be able to translate LOG file into defined format

Other requirements:

  • Experience working with Intelligent assembly station, test station, development host computer, upload data.
  • Develop Kanban and monitor production data in real time. Web development, query system.
  • Bachelor degree and Good English communication.
