[Responsibilities]

  • Customer FCST/PO management & Supply Chain management
  • Coordinate with related departments to fulfill customer's demands
  • Establish a good relationship with customers & ensure maximum customer Satisfaction
  • Achieve KPI of revenue, On time delivery, AR, Turn over day
  • Excess inventory management& Materials shortage report tracking
  • Cost control, co-work with BU to review the costs of materials, transportation and production etc.

[Requirements]

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 2 years working experience in electronic factory is needed
  • TOEIC 700+, fluent in English and Chinese (speaking and writing)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to withstand pressure, with daring to challenge in the face of difficulties and being good at communication
  • Working place in Hai Phong city, Vietnam
  • Product Engineer

[Responsibility]

  • Leading NPI operation and PE is technical window with design team to get TPD
  • Communicating Design for Manufacturing/Assembly/Test, and request support for NPI technical issue
  • Holding product sample & mass production meeting to check related activities
  • Checking component spec and creating product BOM
  • ntroducing and managing product related engineering change
  • Performing failure analysis to check the root cause during sample build
  • Conducting product document collection and project gating
  • Improving product yield rate in mass production

[Requirements]

  • Bachelor's degree or above in electronic or engineering.
  • 3+ years work experience of product engineering or new product introduction or product management
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external team
  • TOEIC 700" above English certificate, Chinese is plus
  • Familiar with digital & analog circuit analysis
  • Good computer skills in CAD, CAM350, Microsoft office
  • Prefer with understanding IATF16949, APQP, MLA, FMEA, 8D
