Atlas Copco Vietnam is hiring a Logistics Coordinator working in Di An, HCMC

Mission of the role:

• Contribute for company's development and increase customer satisfaction for Atlas Copco Vietnam.
• Increase positive interaction with colleague, create good working environment in company.
• Minimize transportation cost by knowledge in Logistics and system authorization.

Main responsibilities

• Create sales order for equipment order SAP system
• Ensure system generate Purchase Order (PO) and dispatch to vendor for equipment and Compressor Technique Service (CTS) order.
• Follow up schedule for each PO from beginning until closing.
• Working with carrier, forwarder about schedule for each shipment
• Do customs clearance in shortest time from the time get arrival notice
• Collaborate with warehouse for stock management.
• Issue billing invoice in SAP/ Viettel system for machine order
• Work with transporter/courier to get best quotation and deliver goods on time to customers.
• Collaborate with Finance to close monthly report.
• Check monthly debit from forwarder, transporter.
• Make SRM order for transportation cost from supplier
• Provide related documents to customer for every order.
• Other activities under Manager's assignment.

Required experiences

• At least 2-3 years in related field: im-export, supply chain, logistics, custom clearance.
• Good experience with system processing, solving problems, teamwork spirit.

Required education & knowledge

• Education & Major: Bachelor's degree Import - Export, Supply Chain Management, International Economic, Trading, or related experiences
• Experienced working with Outlook, Excel, SAP

• Handle procurement activities for timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
• Oversee demand, inventory, and production planning to achieve targeted quality, wastage, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate warehousing, distribution, and transportation to ensure efficient movement and storage of goods.
• Manage international trade, including import/export and customs management.
• Provide freight forwarding services to support the seamless movement of goods across borders.
