Our lean engineering team in Vietnam collaborates directly with product and engineering leaders in the U.S. to create smart, secure, and scalable clinical platforms.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Software Engineer (Minimum 6YoE), you'll work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and empathy. You'll help build a suite of tools and services that support clinicians, caregivers, and patients across the U.S., all powered by a secure, intelligent, and scalable backend.

This role requires someone who thrives with autonomy and creative problem-solving, takes ownership, and excels in a fast-paced startup setting. You'll shape our technical architecture, establish engineering standards, and directly impact product direction.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Guide features from initial idea all the way to users' hands
  • Solve problems when requirements aren't crystal clear and make smart architectural decisions
  • Work closely with U.S. leadership to turn business needs into technical solutions
  • Establish and improve engineering habits for CI/CD, monitoring, security, and performance
  • Share your knowledge with teammates and make long-term technical decisions
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities while keeping code quality high

Here's What Would Set You Up for Success

  • Proven track record delivering production SaaS platforms
  • Strong in Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks) and TypeScript (backend)
  • Skilled with React, Redux, and ES6+ (frontend)
  • Experience in microservices and API design (REST/GraphQL)
  • Cloud-native development on AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Solid database design for distributed systems (SQL & NoSQL)
  • DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD automation, and cloud security best practices
