  • Marketing Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans for company equipment and products; create promotional plans to drive product awareness and sales.
  • Event Organization: Plan, organize and execute events such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops and corporate events.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels to drive sales.
  • Media Channels: Maintain and enhance the company's presence on media channels, including social media, websites and other digital platforms.
  • Market and Competitor Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers (KOLs) in the dental industry; Collaborate with KOLs to promote products and enhance brand reputation.
  • Support other departments in developing and implementing cross-functional projects in line with marketing objectives.
  • Control daily activities of team members and report.

  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, evaluate effectiveness and make quick decisions.
  • Data-driven marketing mindset with a creative eye
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM
  • Management: Ability to manage time, tasks, and work independently and in a team.
  • Proficient in online marketing and social media strategy
  • Wiling to travel.
