Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic partnerships, and lifting our branding. If you are passionate about sales, possess excellent leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities :


  2. Sales:

Exceed annual sales targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor data to refine sales strategies.
Establish and maintain a strong sales and distribution network.
Ensure timely order collection and accurate forecasting.
Collaborate with distributors to pursue key projects and tenders.
Cultivate relationships with key accounts and drive brand loyalty.


2. Marketing:

Support participation in industry conferences and exhibitions.
Develop targeted marketing plans in collaboration with the Line Manager.
Identify and penetrate potential key accounts.
Execute marketing plans to drive sales and brand awareness.

KOL & Reference hospital building


3. Other Activities:

Conduct product and sales training for distributors.
Prepare monthly work plans and detailed reports.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in biomedical or related field.
Minimum 3 years sales experience in ultrasound business field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to travel over 50% of the time
