We are a celebrated, multidisciplinary design practice with a team of over 300 professionals across six studios in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. Working closely with teams and clients, you will help bring architectural concepts to life. By considering both aesthetics and functionality, you will be responsible for designing and planning buildings and structures.

• Carrying out sketch design work
• Carrying out work associated with preparing Architectural Planning application submissions
• Undertake Urban Design and Master planning tasks
• Carrying out Site Analysis and Site Context Analysis
• Efficient management of the project team, including delegating tasks where appropriate
• Liaising with and coordinating the various requirements and activities of Clients, Consultants, local Councils, and authorities
• Ability to work across all phases of development including Feasibility, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Town Planning and Construction Administration
• To achieve design excellence through (but not limited to):
• Satisfying client needs and objectives as to function, time, cost and quality
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and planning ordinances
• Ability to define "relevant" information
• Capability, accuracy, speed, etc. in preparing documentation and details
• Coordination of consultants documentation
• To demonstrate construction knowledge through (but not limited to):
• Extensive knowledge of construction detailing and delivery methodology
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, fire and other services
• Knowledge of structural engineering principles
• Buildability, knowledge and experience
• To meet all deadlines committed to clients, colleagues and contractors
• To ensure the projects are delivered on cost, time and quality parameters agreed between you, the Client Manager and the Client.

• 8+ years' experience
• Bachelor of Architecture degree required
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and planning ordinances
• Intermediate visualisation skills using Photoshop and InDesign
• Experience with ArchiCAD highly regarded, other CAD software experience considered
