Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm Business Analyst (BA) có thể giao tiếp tiếng Nhật để tham gia vào các dự án thực tế cùng đội ngũ phát triển sản phẩm. Đây là cơ hội tốt để bạn tiếp cận quy trình xây dựng phần mềm từ đầu, làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng và đội kỹ thuật.

Mô tả công việc:

  • Phân tích & tổng hợp nghiệp vụ thành tài liệu rõ ràng, có cấu trúc
  • Dịch & truyền tải yêu cầu đến team Dev tại Việt Nam
  • Phối hợp quản trị dự án, theo dõi tiến độ và truyền thông nội bộ
  • Tham gia họp định kỳ với khách hàng, viết meeting minutes
  • Tham gia test & nghiệm thu sản phẩm trước khi bàn giao
  • Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị các báo cáo timeline/weekly report

Yêu cầu cơ bản:

  • Bắt buộc giao tiếp tiếng Nhật tốt (Tương đương N3, không yêu cầu chứng chỉ)
  • Tiếng Anh đọc/viết cơ bản tài liệu kỹ thuật
  • Tư duy logic, cẩn thận, chủ động, chịu được áp lực deadline
  • Biết sử dụng Notion/Confluence, Google Suite, Figma cơ bản
