Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and drive the success of software development projects in the fields of Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the company's product ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle — from initial planning and requirement gathering to delivery and post-launch support. Your leadership, organizational ability, and technical insight will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple squads, ensuring clear timelines, proactive risk management, and on-time delivery.
· Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Technical Architects to translate product strategy into executable plans with defined success metrics.
· Develop and maintain structured project plans, resource allocations, and delivery tracking dashboards.
· Manage project risks, identify potential issues early, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
· Monitor and evaluate project health through performance metrics and Sprint Review sessions to ensure progress, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
· Ensure the Scrum framework is applied effectively and continuously improved within the team.
· Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
· Lead Sprint Retrospective sessions to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
· Guide the team toward self-organization, accountability, and delivery excellence.
· Maintain transparency and alignment across all team members and stakeholders.
· Analyze delivery data to uncover trends, remove bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
· Standardize best practices and contribute to building project management playbooks and delivery frameworks.
· Drive cross-team knowledge sharing, retrospectives, and workshops to strengthen collaboration and agility.
· Promote a learning culture focused on continuous process improvement and innovation.
Qualifications - Required
· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in a technology, product, or software engineering environment.
· Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high delivery standards.
· Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
· Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Proactive problem-solving, structured thinking, and a high sense of ownership.
· Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications – Preferred
· Technical background or previous experience working closely with software development teams.
· Experience leading cross-functional or distributed teams.
· Knowledge of performance tracking metrics and delivery health dashboards.
· PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
