Position Responsibilities:

·      
Develop and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS):
Develop, implement, and update the company's security policies and procedures to ensure alignment with international standards such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.

·      
Assess and mitigate security risks:
Conduct regular security risk assessments and propose mitigation measures. Manage and update compliance requirements based on legal regulations (Decree 85/2016/NĐ-CP, Circular 09/2020/TT-NHNN, etc.).

·      
Monitor information system classification:
Supervise the classification of information systems according to designated security levels.

·      
Ensure compliance with security policies:
Oversee the implementation of security policies and procedures across the organization.

·      
Plan and execute BCP and DRP:
Develop and maintain annual Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) exercises.

·      
Conduct compliance audits and reporting:
Perform inspections, assessments, and prepare security compliance reports for the company and the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV).

·      
Manage security incidents:
Perform vulnerability scanning, patch management, and execute incident response plans; analyze incidents and recommend corrective actions.

·      
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
Work closely with IT, Legal, and Business units to ensure compliance and provide security-related guidance.

·      
Promote security awareness:
Organize training sessions and awareness programs to enhance employees' understanding of information security.

Qualifications / Professional Competencies / Experience Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.

·      Preference for specialized security certifications such as CCSP…

·      Minimum 4–5 years of experience in information security, with a preference for experience in the Fintech industry.

·      In-depth understanding of international security standards (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.).

·      Strong knowledge of information security, types of cyberattacks, and defensive measures.

·      Solid knowledge of security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, data encryption, etc.).

·      Familiar with the regulations and compliance requirements of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) (Decree 85/2016/NĐ-CP, Circular 09/2020/TT-NHNN, etc.).

·      Strong skills in risk analysis, assessment, and proposing effective solutions.

·      Proficiency in drafting processes, compliance checklists, and risk assessment reports.
