Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: triệu VNĐ)

  • Tiếp nhận thông tin báo giá hàng door to door Nam Bắc và ngược lại (sắt , biển, bộ) theo Case.
  • Làm việc với hãng tàu update giá và lịch tàu mỗi tháng cho team sales
  • Tạo lập mối quan hệ tốt với các nhà cung cấp để làm giá tốt nhất giúp sales win khách.
  • Tiếp nhận thông tin đơn hàng của sales kết hợp với Ops để sắp xếp lịch trình handle đơn hàng cho sales.
  • Chịu trách nhiệm về giá báo cho sales, lịch trình lấy và giao hàng.
  • Chiu trách nhiệm check kỹ nhà cung cấp, ký hợp đồng công nợ.
  • Chịu trách nhiệm chính Nhập báo cáo và nộp báo cáo vào ngày 10 hàng tháng.
  • Báo cáo các công việc phát sinh cần xử lý kịp thời hàng ngày.
  • Theo dõi phát sinh đơn hàng nhập file theo dõi hàng ngày, theo dõi ETD ETA update cho sales.
  • Cung cấp cho sale số file để nhập giá bán.
  • Gửi bill và debit cho khách của sales.
  • Phối hợp với Cus nhập chi phí nhà cung cấp trong phần mềm Elsa.
  • Làm đề nghị thanh toán cho nhà cung cấp, theo dõi công nợ nhà cung cấp.
  • Chịu trách nhiệm đốc thúc kế toán, theo sát đề nghị thanh toán cước tàu hằng ngày.
  • Báo cáo các công việc phát sinh cần xử lý kịp thời hàng ngày.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học các trường có liên quan đến Ngoại thương, kinh tế vận tải biển, Logistics, Xuất nhập khẩu…
  • Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm hàng Nội địa ở vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực Logistics, Forwarder;
  • Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu;
  • Có tinh thần làm việc cao, chịu được áp lực, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt;
  • Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, tư duy tốt.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học các trường có liên quan đến Ngoại thương, kinh tế vận tải biển, Logistics, Xuất nhập khẩu…
  • Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm hàng Nội địa ở vị trí tương đương trong lĩnh vực Logistics, Forwarder;
  • Tiếng Anh đọc hiểu;
  • Có tinh thần làm việc cao, chịu được áp lực, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt;
  • Cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, tư duy tốt.
