This position is to promote the company public image in Life Insurance market through business communication, marketing communication and product communication on different channels, covering the traditional/online publications to social media platform.

Job Accountability: / Phạm vi công việc

1.Business Impact

• Enhance and solidify PVA's reputation through strong media relations and effective integrated communication campaigns.

2.Planning and execution

• Execute PR plan, content creation, and media plans.
• Manage and deliver press releases, articles, TV features, and other PR formats.
• Establish and maintain PR networking through media briefings and informal gatherings to strengthen relationships and raise appropriate PR activities, enabling diversified and innovative PR formats.
• Amplify marketing and promotion campaigns (PVA's customer excellence journey, Companion).
• Manage agencies to control information flow by regularly feeding news to PVA's share of voice and creating influence as a market leader in the industry.
• Oversee media monitoring and assemble PR campaign reports with actionable insights.
• Control budget to ensure efficiency and earned media.

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

Qualification:

• College degree or above in respective area of required experience. Master degree is an advantage. Direct industry experience is not a must however basic understanding about life insurance and financial services is required or else we will extend longer probation period for out-of-industry experience.

Experiences & Competencies:

• Candidates must have at least 3+ years of experience in PR and communications, preferably with substantial corporate communication. Knowledge in Finance and Insurance industry is an advantage.
• Exhibit a deep interest and experience in environmental, social, governance, sustainability and corporate responsibility.
• Exceptional organizational, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in VIE & ENG, including ability to express complex ideas simply and demonstrated ability to make connections between seemingly unrelated concepts.
• Must demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work well independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders, internal subject matter experts, consultants, and external organizations.
• The ability to respond effectively to changing demands.
• Working with a Growth Mindset: learning by doing, and from failure.
