Your Role
We're looking for a
Backend/DevOps Fresher or Intern
who is
curious, motivated, and passionate
about exploring the intersection of
Python development, cloud infrastructure (AWS | GCP | Azure), Docker, monitoring systems
, and
modern AI-assisted product development
using platforms like
Lovable
and
Supabase
.
You'll join an
English-speaking, agile product development environment
that embraces
Extreme Programming (XP)
principles — including
pair programming, continuous integration,
and
test-driven development (TDD)
.
By working closely with our
cross-functional product development team
, you'll apply
DevOps/SRE
and
software engineering best practices
while gaining
hands-on experience
in
real-world, cloud-native projects
serving both
Vietnamese and international clients
.
What You'll Do
Python Development:
Contribute to building and maintaining backend services in Python.
Docker & Containerization:
Create and manage Docker containers for scalable deployments.
Infrastructure Automation:
Use tools like
Ansible
to automate infrastructure setup and configuration.
Monitoring & Observability:
Implement and maintain monitoring solutions using
Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Mimir,
and
Grafana
.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams —
DevOps, QA, Backend, Frontend,
and
Product Design
— to deliver robust cloud-native solutions.
Continuous Learning:
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and learn DevOps best practices from experienced professionals.
What We're Looking For
Currently pursuing or recently completed a
degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
, or a related field.
Basic to intermediate
Python
programming skills.
Familiarity with
Linux/Unix systems
and
Git version control
.
Basic understanding of
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Knowledge of
Docker
and containerization concepts.
Familiarity with
Ansible
or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools (a plus).
Awareness of
monitoring tools
(Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Strong
problem-solving skills
