We are looking for a Total Rewards Supervisor to lead the compensation, benefits, and HR operations framework — ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and efficiency in our people practices.

This role plays a key part in strengthening our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and aligning total rewards policies with business strategy, culture, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Total Rewards Management

  2. Support HR Manager in developing and implementing the Total Rewards strategy covering salary structure, incentives, and benefits aligned with business objectives.

  3. Review and update compensation and benefits policies to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and legal compliance.
  4. Conduct market benchmarking and internal analytics, providing insights and proposals to management.

  5. Payroll & Benefits Operations

  6. Oversee monthly payroll, PIT, social insurance, and employee benefits programs with high accuracy and compliance.

  7. Collaborate with Finance and IT to automate and improve C&B processes for efficiency and transparency.
  8. Manage annual C&B budget tracking, ensuring cost control and alignment with financial goals.
  9. Partner with external vendors (insurance, health benefits, welfare providers) to enhance employee experience and optimize cost.

  10. HR Operations & Reporting

  11. Manage HR data, employee contracts, and records on HRIS, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

  12. Generate periodic HR analytics and C&B reports for decision-making support.
  13. Support internal audits, inspections, and HR improvement projects (e.g., system upgrade, policy review, restructuring).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in C&B or Total Rewards, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Solid understanding of labor law, social insurance, PIT, and payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical, Excel, and HRIS (SAP, SuccessFactors, or equivalent) skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Good communication in English and Vietnamese; able to collaborate across departments.
