The Business Development team drives revenue growth and client acquisition. In this hybrid role, you'll convert qualified prospects into lasting clients, leading the full commercial process—from positioning our value and crafting proposals to negotiating and closing. We seek a natural hunter with a farmer's mindset—pursuing new opportunities while nurturing relationships for long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline of high-value prospects
    to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Execute outreach campaigns via various channel (eg:
    Direct Approach, Event Online
    channels, etc);
    craft personalized communication to engage & inspire
    decision-maker level audiences.
  • Lead initiatives to penetrate new markets and expand reach.
  • Position the company as the ideal partner solving client business problems.
  • Collaborate with internal Product and Consulting teams to
    shape tailored-made proposals and winning solutions.
  • Participate in negotiations, handle objections, and close deals.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years
    of proven experience in
    B2B Lead Generation
    , preferably with measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise or mid-market deals
    , from prospecting to closing.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with
    Technology or SaaS environments is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional
    hunter mentality
    combined with consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Skilled in
    crafting persuasive value propositions and presenting complex solutions
    in a clear, impactful way to
    inspire business decision maker
    (eg: C-level executives, founders, and business leaders)
  • Strong
    negotiation and commercial acumen
    , comfortable leading full deal cycles independently.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and resilient under pressure;
    capable of balancing both personal & business short-term and long-term goals
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills (written and verbal)
