The role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior GenAI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex business challenges into intelligent systems using machine learning (ML), deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP). This role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and non-verbal), and a passion for innovation in Generative AI.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models using ML, deep learning, and NLP techniques.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to train and evaluate models.
• Optimize and fine-tune algorithms for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Integrate AI models into existing applications or develop new AI-powered systems.
• Monitor and maintain AI systems in production to ensure reliability and continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related field, with proven success in a senior or lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience with Omniverse, especially Isaac, focusing on physical simulations (e.g., crane sway, wind effects).
• Solid understanding of Vision-Language Models (VLM) and Large Language Models (LLM), including prompt engineering and potential fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.

• Ability to propose improvements in processes, architecture, or AI model performance.
• Experience integrating AI with simulation environments or extracting insights from simulation data.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
