Creative Strategist Lead

Your role is to turn creative insights, market research, product data, and creative trends into clear creative plans, winning concepts, and structured production cycles that the Creative Production team can execute efficiently at high quality. WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Play test, plan & Research
- Play test games/apps to analyze USP, art style, audience, and creative angles.
- Research trends, competitors, markets, ad styles, tools, and creative insights across multiple GEOs.
- Define creative strategy, hypothesis, and creative directions for each Game / App.
- Lead creative cycle planning and align priorities with main stakeholders.
- Creative Strategy
- Develop clear creative frameworks and campaign concepts for video ads, playable ads, and ASO.
- Write structured creative briefs, test plans, hypotheses, and success criteria.
- Ensure concepts match product goals, UA needs, audience fit, and market trends.
- Performance Analysis & Insights
- Review creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, IPM, CPI, etc.).
- Conduct analysis that uncovers insights, detect patterns, and translate results into actionable next steps.
- Build hypothesis-driven test plans to continuously improve performance.
- Team Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with UA to align on goal and timeline.
- Work with Designers, Motion Artists, and Playable Devs to ensure concepts are executed correctly.
- Communicate priorities, progress, and insights clearly with all stakeholders.
- Planning, prioritization & workflow
- Facilitate quarterly/monthly/weekly creative planning sessions.
- Prioritize tasks based on product needs, performance, and team capacity.
- Maintain clear roadmaps, trackers, and documentation for all assigned products.
- Learning, knowledge documentation
- Build and maintain creative knowledge bases: best practices, angle libraries, reference library, and market insights.
- Share learnings across teams to elevate strategic thinking and creative judgment.
- Promote a culture of research, curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- AI & Tool Adoption
- Research and evaluate new AI tools or market platforms that improve creative research, testing, or planning processes.
- Optimize strategic workflows using AI to speed up research, insights extraction, and concept ideation.
- 4+ years in Creative Planning, Creative Strategy, UA Creative, Product Marketing, Creative Lead, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical ability to turn data, product knowledge, and market research into clear creative direction.
- Experience in performance marketing, ad creative strategy, or mobile gaming/apps is preferred.
- Excellent ability to write structured briefs, insights, and creative documents.
- Strong understanding of creative trends, audience behavior, market benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multi-format creative projects.
- Effective communicator able to align multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with creative analytics tools, ad libraries, market tools, and modern AI research workflows.
- Passion for mobile Games/Apps, creative problem-solving, and high-performance ad strategy.
- Ownership-driven, taking full responsibility for projects from start to finish with minimal supervision. Ready to roll up your sleeves to execute any aspect of the project as necessary.
