This role is focused on securing the materials needed for our global operations. You will be the primary link between our factory and our suppliers, ensuring supply chain continuity, managing vendor relationships, and handling the full cycle of import/export logistics.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supplier Management:
    Maintain strong relationships
    with existing
    suppliers
    to ensure stable material flow. Conduct proactive market research to
    identify and vet new potential suppliers
    when needed.
  • Order Execution:
    Process
    approved purchase requests and
    verify
    inventory levels to plan and execute timely, cost-effective purchases.
    Negotiate
    prices, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Import/Export Coordination:
    Manage
    the import and export process for materials.
    Liaise closely with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics)
    partners to handle customs clearance, track all overseas orders, and guarantee on-time delivery.
  • Administration & Reporting:
    Draft
    purchase contracts and documentation.
    Report
    on procurement activities, cost-saving initiatives, and supplier performance to management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience:
    Open to ambitious
    Interns (0 years)
    and
    Experienced candidates (up to 2 years)
    .
  • Degree/Diploma in
    Supply Chain Management, Logistics,
    or Business Administration.
  • Strong English skills
    (reading and writing) are required for communication with international vendors and 3PL companies.
  • Must be detail-oriented, a skilled negotiator, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

**Salary:
8–12M VND/month
(Gross);
includes social insurance, 13th-month salary, and annual bonuses/trips
(Intern Allowance:
2–4M VND/month
)
