Role Description

• Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and designers, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to maintain project health.
• Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients.
• Monitor and track project progress, preparing reports and updates for senior management and clients.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in an outsourcing environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Professional certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, etc.) are a strong plus.
• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Experience working with Korean clients or the Korean market is a significant advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
