Key Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for identifying customer requirements and coordinating internal teams to develop projectplans accordingly.

  2. Control project timelines through detailed planning, budget development, and risk mitigation strategies.

  3. Establish collaborative relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure partnership effectiveness.

  4. Manage technical change implementation and drive project progression under evolving requirements.

  5. Maintain standardized project documentation through systematic organization, archiving, and

distribution. Coordinating internal resources to deliver project development.

6.Coaching and managing the team to archeve the business target on time.

  1. Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  1. Project Development Process: Familiar with automotive electronics product development processes,vehicle development processes, and methodologies like PPAP and APQP.

  2. Product Development Process: Proficient in risk identification and management throughout the development lifecycle.

  3. Cost Awareness: Capable of managing the entire project cost and budget control efficiently.

  4. Product Knowledge: Knowledgeable about automotive electronics product structures and software architectures.

  5. Data Management: Skilled in organizing and managing data and files during the project development process.

  6. Organizational Coordination: Able to coordinate internal and external resources to support project execution.

  7. Effective Communication: Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); experienced in liaising with overseas clients and managing international projects.

  8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Skilled in establishing collaborative relationships, strong customer-oriented thinking and actions.

  9. Experience: Over 6 years of work experience, including at least 3 years in team management; backgroundin automotive electronics software development is preferred.

  10. Agile and Lean Principles: Understands Lean-Agile principles, holding certifications like PMP, SAFe, or DevOps is a plus.
