About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software testing, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the financial trading platforms. This role will work closely with our development and product teams to maintain the functionality, security, and reliability of our platform.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough testing of the product to ensure that it meets business and functional requirements. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various modules of the platform.

Perform manual and automated testing of core trading functionalities, including order execution, balance tracking, and security features.

Identify, record, and track defects in a clear and organized manner, working closely with developers to ensure prompt resolution.

Collaborate with development and product teams to understand new features, ensuring thorough testing before release.

Ensure that all testing is aligned with platform standards and procedures, including security and performance testing.

Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to management, including metrics and insights for product improvement.

Assist in the implementation of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automated test scripts.

Maintain documentation for test cases, procedures, and defect tracking.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in software testing, particularly in financial platforms or exchanges. Good knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques.

Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of sportsbook and esport.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation purposes. Certification in ISTQB or similar quality assurance credentials.
