We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Account Manager / Business Development / Sales IT to be a part of our team. You will be responsible for communicating with customers and explaining to them the technical features and functionalities of the company's products. Besides, you should also be able to assist in developing effective sales strategies.

As an Account Manager / Business Development / Sales IT, you should also be able to conduct extensive market research to identify potential clients. Moreover, you should be able to gather customer feedback and advise them on their purchasing decisions. In addition to this, you should be able to present and negotiate service renewal contracts.

To be able to perform in this job role, you should have a complete knowledge of the terminology used in the IT industry. Furthermore, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be able to handle stressful situations and manage strict deadlines. A candidate with excellent customer service skills will be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the
    sales pipeline
    : proactively generate new leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with
    international customers
    (Japan, Singapore, US, Europe, etc.).
  • Understand client needs, propose appropriate software development solutions, and collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, marketing) to deliver tailored proposals.
  • Lead
    client meetings, demos, and proposal presentations
    in English with confidence and professionalism.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals that create win–win outcomes for both clients and the company.
  • Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and continuously improve sales effectiveness through data-driven decisions.
  • Represent the company in online/offline business events, tech communities, and networking opportunities.
  • Demonstrate
    leadership and ownership mindset
    – act as a business partner who drives results, not just a task executor.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in
    IT outsourcing / software development sales
    or related business development roles.
  • Strong
    English communication skills
    (both verbal and written); confident in client-facing conversations and negotiations.
  • Deep understanding of software development services, outsourcing models, and IT industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Growth mindset and passion for creating value for clients and the team.
