Job Description 1. Inventory Management

  • Develop a specific and reasonable customer care plan for the sales consulting team to achieve revenue growth and increase market share (traditional gold shops).
  • Ensure inventory planning (forecasting, issuing, receiving, and stock levels).

  • Ensure the fair, reasonable, and convincing distribution of sales targets to employees.

  • Control

  • Control accounts receivable/payable, coordinate business capital sources to accelerate capital turnover.

  • Report inventory levels and required stock quantities to the Department Head; regularly reconcile stock quantities with the accounting department.
  • Control the sales solicitation process to comply with company regulations.
  • Develop operating procedures and specific guidelines for employees.
  • Propose business policies and customer service strategies suitable for each period.

  • Complete daily documents as regulated and submit them for the Unit Head's approval before transferring them to other departments.

  • Personnel Management

  • Train employees to improve negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.

  • Go on business trips to collect market information (designs, competitor activities).
  • Advise the Manager on business operations to optimize performance.

Job Requirements

  • Degree:
    University/Bachelor's degree
  • Major:
    Business Administration or related fields
  • Years of relevant experience:
    05 years or more in a similar position
  • Relevant work experience:
    Understanding of the jewelry industry is required.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently for business.
  • Good personnel management skills.
  • Situation handling/problem-solving skills.
