Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager located in Mu Cang Chai district. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Front Office operations, including Reception, Guest Services, and Reservations. The role involves ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining service standards, managing and training the Front Office team, and coordinating closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations. The Front Office Manager will also handle operational planning, guest satisfaction, financial performance for the FO department, and compliance with brand standards.

Qualifications:


• Experience in Front Office operations, ideally in a managerial or supervisory position


• Strong leadership and team-management skills


• Excellence in guest relations and the ability to handle guest concerns professionally


• Experience with reservation systems, PMS, and Front Office procedures


• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities


• Proficiency in reporting, forecasting, and understanding department KPIs


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


• Ability to foster a positive work environment and maintain confidentiality


• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong advantage
