Nhằm đẩy mạnh việc triển khai các hoạt động tổ chức sự kiện và truyền thông thương hiệu, PACE đang tuyển dụng vị trí
Event & Communication Manager
với các thông tin cụ thể như sau:

Mô tả công việc:

  • Quản lý hoạt động tổ chức sự kiện (Events), đối ngoại (PR) & truyền thông (Communication) của Hệ thống PACE và các Đơn vị thành viên;
  • Phối hợp với các đơn vị và các phòng ban bộ phận trong Hệ thống PACE để tổ chức thành công các sự kiện (tọa đàm, hội thảo, diễn đàn…) với đa dạng hình thức (online, live-online, live, offline, hybrid) ở các quy mô khác nhau (từ hàng chục người đến hàng ngàn người tham dự).
  • Truyền thông hiệu quả các sự kiện này cả trước, trong và sau khi sự kiện diễn ra.
  • Phụ trách hoạt động đối ngoại công chúng của PACE, nhất là làm việc với báo chí và KOLs.
  • Các công việc phù hợp khác phù hợp với tố chất và khả năng được phân công bởi cấp trên.

Tìm kiếm ứng viên:

  • Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm PR / branding / communication của các doanh nghiệp.
  • Có khả năng đối ngoại và có kinh nghiệm làm việc với báo chí và các đối tác truyền thông.
  • Có khả năng quản trị đội ngũ, biết bao quát và chịu được áp lực công việc cao.
  • Có khả năng viết lách; Yêu thích công việc tổ chức sự kiện và quan hệ đối ngoại.
