Role Description

Strategy & Planning (30%)

  • Develop, implement, and optimize Conversion, Retention, and Loyalty strategies to enhance user engagement and monetization.
  • Define and manage KPIs such as conversion rate, retention rate, churn rate, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Optimize marketing and retention spend to ensure cost efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of conversion and retention goals with business growth objectives.

Execution & Performance Evaluation (70%)

  • Manage user databases, create customer segmentation frameworks, and set relevant KPIs for each segment.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing users throughout their lifecycle.
  • Enhance emotional connection and personalized engagement to improve repeat purchases and user satisfaction.
  • Lead and oversee customer communication programs across multiple platforms (Email, In-App, Push Notifications, Direct, etc.).
  • Monitor, track, and evaluate the performance of retention campaigns; analyze data to identify improvement areas.
  • Build personalized communication journeys based on user behavior, data insights, and lifecycle triggers.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth & Performance Marketing.
  • Experience in both in-house and agency environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, user journeys, and retention marketing.
  • Experience in OTT, entertainment, or app-based businesses is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience managing and leveraging large-scale customer databases.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Insights, CRM tools, and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Capable of tracking, evaluating, and reporting on KPIs and marketing metrics.

Soft Skills:

  • Strategic and data-driven thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, passionate, and growth-oriented mindset.

Other Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
