Who We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a
Creative Designer
who will transform concepts, ideas and value propositions into compelling visual outputs across both digital and print channels. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in modern design tools, possesses strong visual storytelling abilities, and has a keen interest in marketing complex ideas to niche healthcare audiences.
This role works closely with the Marketing team and multiple cross-functional stakeholders to produce infographics, campaign assets, sales collateral and other creative materials that communicate clearly and persuasively. Experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals or medical devices is an advantage.
What Impact You Will Make:
1) Creative Development
- Conceptualise and design a wide range of infographics and visual materials for digital and print platforms.
- Create marketing and brand assets such as images, vectors, animations, videos, social media graphics, GIFs, newsletters and email creatives.
- Support the development of brand guidelines for new business verticals.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers on brand alignment and design consistency.
- Integrate feedback to refine and enhance creative outputs.
2) Sales & Marketing Enablement
- Produce sales collateral including flyers, brochures, presentations and campaign visuals.
- Develop and maintain operational assets such as GIFs, banners, user guides, and video snippets.
- Assist marketing team with planning and managing creative deliverables for campaigns.

What Skills and Experience You Will Bring:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in professional graphic or marketing design.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of branding, visual identity and typography.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Demonstrable experience in designing marketing-focused infographics.
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.
- Highly collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
