Role Overview

Aniday is a global recruitment and payroll solution helping businesses expand anywhere in the world. From headhunting top talent to managing payroll compliance, we empower companies to scale across borders with speed and confidence. 

We're seeking a creative powerhouse with a tech edge to supercharge our marketing efforts. You'll craft compelling stories, videos, and designs while leveraging AI and programmatic tools to amplify our brand across global markets. This is a unique opportunity to blend artistry with technology, creating high-impact campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Storytelling & Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging narratives for blogs, social media (e.g., Linkedin, Facebook posts), case studies, and video scripts that highlight Aniday's mission and successes.
  • Create visually stunning marketing assets (graphics, videos, presentations) that captivate and convert.
  • Tailor content for global audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and emotional impact.

AI Tool Mastery:

  • Utilize AI tools to generate creative assets, including videos, designs, and written content.
  • Experiment with emerging AI tools to streamline content creation and enhance personalization at scale.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating innovative AI and creative solutions into marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Creative Expertise:

  • Proven skills in content creation, storytelling, or creative marketing (e.g., copywriting, video production, graphic design).
  • A portfolio showcasing compelling narratives and visually appealing assets across digital platforms.
  • Ability to adapt tone and style for diverse global markets.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Hands-on expertise with AI tools for content generation

Mindset & Skills:

  • A curious, experimental approach to blending creativity with technology.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across remote, global teams.
  • Strong English (writing + speaking).
  • Ability to work independently and own projects end-to-end.
