Quản lý và phân công công việc cho kỹ sư và kỹ thuật chuyền hàn thiếc. 2. Design and improve process in order to improve productivity and quality. Thiết kế và cải tiến quy trình nhằm nâng cao năng suất và chất lượng. 3. Follow, organize and setup for NPI project and transfer project. Theo dõi, tổ chức và cài đặt cho các dự án mới và dự án chuyển giao. 4. Maintain and control routing system. Duy trì và quản lý hệ thống định tuyến cho mỗi model. 5. Takes responsibility for the temporary handling of irregularities related to the soldering line. Chịu trách nhiệm về việc xử lý tạm thời các vấn đề bất thường liên quan đến chuyền hàn thiếc. 6. Responsible for adjusting, managing, maintaining, and repairing equipment on the soldering line. Chịu trách nhiệm điều chỉnh, quản lý, bảo dưỡng bảo trì và sửa chữa thiết bị trên chuyền. 7. Responsible for analyzing and tracking arising problems. Chịu trách nhiệm phân tích và theo dõi các vấn đề phát sinh. 8. Responsible for tracking the corrected/revised products/ reworks. Chịu trách nhiệm theo dõi các sản phẩm đã sửa/ sửa lại. 9. Responsible for soldering patrolling, guiding and training employees on the line, and at the same time responsible for fixing other frequently arisen errors. Chịu trách nhiệm tuần tra hàn thiếc, hướng dẫn, đào tạo công nhân viên trên chuyền đồng thời chịu trách nhiệm sửa chữa những lỗi phát sinh thường xuyên khác. 10. To be responsible for monitoring UPH and UPPH of production lines. Chịu trách nhiệm theo dõi UPH và UPPH của các chuyền sản xuất. 11. Analyzing and improving the UPPH index. Phân tích và cải tiến chỉ số UPPH. 12. Report related issues to Head department. Báo cáo vấn đề phát sinh cho trưởng bộ phận. 13. To be responsible to train employees in Soldering team. Chịu trách nhiệm đào tạo công nhân viên của chuyền hàn thiếc. 14. Other tasks dully assigned by the Manager/ Director. Hoàn thành các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
Supervisory Responsibilities – List Teams/Groups/ Trách nhiệm Giám sát – Liệt kê Đội/Nhóm Giám sát nhóm kỹ sư và kỹ thuật viên/ Managing Engineers and Technicians.   Knowledge & Experience/Trình độ, kiến thức và kinh nghiệm +3 years working experience.  Hơn 3 năm kinh nghiệm. Good communication in English. Giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt. Education, Licenses & Certification / Giáo dục, Bằng cấp & Chứng nhận BS in Electrical, electronics, mechatronics engineering. Cử nhân điện, điện tử, cơ điện tử.   Work Conditions/ Điều kiện làm việc 48hours per week. 48 giờ 1 tuần. Working in the office, the production area. Làm việc tại văn phòng, khu vực sản xuất. Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings. Có đủ sức khỏe để làm việc, học tập, tham gia các khóa đào tạo, hội họp.
