TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH
- Xác định tầm nhìn và mục tiêu sản phẩm cho các giải pháp Martech (SEO automation, CDP, redirect tool).
- Xây dựng, ưu tiên và quản lý Product Backlog, đảm bảo các tính năng đáp ứng nhu cầu chiến dịch SEO, Paid Ads, và quản trị website.
- Làm việc với các đội R&D, Phát triển Dự án, và Marketing để thu thập yêu cầu và chuyển thành các user stories rõ ràng.
- Hợp tác với ban giám đốc để căn chỉnh sản phẩm với chiến lược tập đoàn (chuyển đổi số, tăng trưởng Digital Marketing).
- Phối hợp với Scrum Master để đảm bảo các sprint hoàn thành đúng hạn (4-8 tuần cho prototype).
- Đánh giá và chấp nhận sản phẩm (acceptance criteria) để đảm bảo đáp ứng yêu cầu (ví dụ: hiệu suất SEO, ROI Paid Ads).
- Định nghĩa các tính năng hỗ trợ triển khai trên hàng chục nghìn website và các công ty con.
- Tích hợp giải pháp với Core Framework, SCM, E-Procurement, và T&E để tối ưu hóa quản lý nội bộ.
- Thu thập phản hồi từ người dùng (công ty con, đội Marketing) để cải tiến sản phẩm.
- Phân tích dữ liệu chiến dịch (SEO, Paid Ads) để đề xuất tính năng mới, đảm bảo tuân thủ GDPR, Privacy Sandbox.
YÊU CẦU
- Cử nhân ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Quản lý Dự án, Marketing, hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Tối thiểu 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm làm Business Analyst/Product Owner hoặc quản lý sản phẩm, ưu tiên trong lĩnh vực Martech (SEO, Paid Ads, Digital Marketing).
- Hiểu sâu về các giải pháp Martech: AI/ML, CDP, CMS, automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Kinh nghiệm quản lý sản phẩm quy mô lớn, liên quan đến website, dữ liệu, hoặc chiến dịch marketing.
- Thành thạo công cụ quản lý sản phẩm (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Hiểu về Core Framework, microservices, API, và công nghệ cloud (AWS, Azure).
- Kiến thức về SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), Paid Ads platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), và redirect management.
- Kỹ năng phân tích, ưu tiên yêu cầu, và giao tiếp xuất sắc.
- Khả năng lãnh đạo đội nhóm và quản lý kỳ vọng của các bên liên quan.
- Tư duy chiến lược, định hướng giá trị khách hàng.
