• 4-8 năm kinh nghiệm trong kế toán tổng hợp hoặc kiểm soát nội bộ dày dặn chuyên môn

• ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm về quản lý hàng tồn kho, tính giá thành, công ty sản xuất

• thành thạo 4 kĩ năng tiếng Anh, tiếng Trung là một lợi thế

• ưu tiên có các chứng chỉ bằng cấp( ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc)

• ưu tiên mạnh về automation ( power BI, VBA), xử lý big data

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our mission now is to build direct-to-consumer brands and increase customer LTV

Crossian is looking for a detail-oriented Senior level accountant to support the Accounting department with thought leadership, promote cross departmental process improvements and perform and review monthly close duties.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Accounting Compliance

Perform variety of month-end closing procedures including preparation and posting of journal entries according to U.S and VN GAAP Compliance.

Analyze financial statements accounts, identify unusual trends or erroneous entries and verify accuracy of transactions and balances

Evaluate and maintain asset and liability accounts

Business – Audit and Risk Management

Ensure compliance with accounting, tax policies and procedures across all departments

Policies and Process Improvement

Develop and implement procedures to streamline monthly closings and other financial activities

Research A/R and A/P issues that flow through to the general ledger, assist in evaluating various effects of the interface between Accounting and system, interact with other departments as needed to resolve the root cause of any problems

Identify inefficiencies and propose solution to improve accounting processes and systems

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Educational Background : Bachelor's of Accounting/Finance or higher

At least 4-8 years of direct experience as an Senior General Accountant/ Other Senior Accountant (AR, AP, Tax Accountant) to be considered

Solid accounting knowledge including GAAP, US GAAP is highly desirable

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of BI tools is an advantage

Strong critical thinking, and analytical skills, and problem solving abilities

Detail-oriented, highly focused, attention to detail

Think big, keen eye for process improvement and growth mindset

Experience in the e-commerce market and/or fast growth retail company with revenue over USD $100M will be considered an asset

Prior accounting and international work experience are considered an asset

Ability to quickly learn new concepts, attention to detail, and effectiveness in a high-pressure environment

English: Level Upper-intermediate

Experience in working with legal/tax authorities is an advantage
