Our team consists of passionate professionals driven by a shared vision of creating a greener and more sustainable future through innovation, technology, and excellence.In this role, you will be instrumental in the Battery Pack Institute, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting -edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.Working with relevant departments to ensure that the battery products are designed and built in accordance with the relevant regulationsConduct comprehensive research and analysis of European battery regulations, staying updated with any changes or updates that may impact to homologation proceduresEstablish and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, testing lab involved in the homologation processCoordinate and manage homologation testPrepare and submit homologation documentationBuilding and managing Budget of projectRequirementsProven experience in homologation engineering within the automotive industry, battery & eneregy storge systemFamiliarity with battery standardsExperience in coordinating homologation activities, including testing, certification and documentationExcellent project management skills, with the ability to proactively priorities tasks, meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simulaneouslyEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, technical servicesAttention to detail and acccuracy in preparing and reviewing homologation documentation Familiar with working with VR is a plus By sending your application, you confirm that you have read Vingroup's Personal Data Protection Policy ("Policy") published on the website:  -policy/, agree to the contents of the Policy, and consent to our processing of your personal data in your application according to the legal regulations on personal data protection.
