II. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management and Consultancy

●     Collaborate with clients to understand market entry objectives, identify challenges, and develop customized strategies.

●     Coordinate across teams to gather relevant information and deliver comprehensive services.

●     Work with business development to prepare quotations, including any adjustments to service scope when necessary.

●     Provide expert insights and recommendations based on detailed market research and strategic assessments.

Market Data Research and Analysis

●     Gather and analyze industry trends, customer behaviors, and local market insights to deliver informed strategic recommendations.

●     Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to ensure relevant and timely advice.

●     Manage data collection and ensure the insights are aligned with client needs and market demands.

●     Identify barriers to market entry across various Asian countries and propose strategies to overcome them.

Resource Management

●     Develop a structured team learning approach, with key learning outcomes and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

●     Recommend tools and methods that improve team productivity and resource access.

●     Promote continuous improvement and best practices within the team.

Relationship Management

●     Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders in target sectors.

●     Proactively explore collaboration opportunities and expand networks with relevant associations.

●     Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and present customized solutions.

Report Design

●     Design clear, visually compelling reports that effectively communicate complex data.

●     Interpret collected data to formulate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

●     Ensure reports align with the broader business objectives and strategies.

Additional Internal Tasks

●     Assist with any other internal tasks as required to ensure smooth operations and delivery of client services.

III. REQUIREMENTS:

●     Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in
B2B Market Entry Advisory

, Business Development, or a related field.

●     Strong communication skills with an approachable and outcome-focused style.

●     Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.

●     Proven ability to manage clients effectively: understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

●     Ready to thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment and tackle new challenges head-on.

●     Ability to introduce innovative tools and methods for resource management and teamwork.

●     Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a high level of attention to detail.

●     An entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to grow as a trusted and capable advisor/team member.

●     Proficiency in MS Office is required.

●     Professional proficiency in
English

Vietnamese

●     Additional proficiency in languages such as
