ABOUT THE JOB

The
Product Consultant (PC)

is primarily responsible for consulting on product solutions and project scoping, ensuring alignment (fit) between the Business Problem, the Product Solution, and GEEK UP's Expertise Scope.

Please note: This position is open only to Vietnamese nationals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Consulting & Presales Leadership

  • Lead Consultative Engagements

and in-depth discovery sessions with external business stakeholders (up to C-Level) to gain a profound understanding of their core business model.
- Conduct specialized market research, converting complex client insights into a concise
Product Strategy & Value Proposition

.
- Own the process of Consulting, Negotiating, and Convincing

the client to
finalize the Commercial Proposal.

Product Discovery

  • Research suitable product solutions, strategies, and concepts, and then
    map the solutions

that align with the client's business needs.
- Propose and consult

business partners about GEEK UP's product solutions.
- Align and agree

with the client on the strategy and direction of
the product solution.

Product Definition

  • Define and align

the boundaries of the
Product Scope

and
Expertise Scope

boundary.
- Collaborate with the
Product Delivery team

to finalize the product proposal.

REQUIREMENT

  • Have
    5+ years of experience

in roles such as
Business/Digital Consultant, Solution Consultant, Product Manager, Product Designer, or relevant roles

with
proven presales experience

in a
Consulting, Agency, or B2B SaaS environment

.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience across Diverse Domains (3+ fields preferred)

in solution proposing and business consulting, particularly with complex sectors (
BFSI, Fintech, Enterprise SaaS

).
- Proven experience in Convincing, Negotiating, and Finalizing

commercial proposals or service contracts (SLA) with external clients.
- Exceptional Client & Stakeholder Partnership Management:

Ability to
consult and align expectations

between External C-Level leadership and Internal Delivery Teams.
