2. Responsibilities


• Prepare Game Rules and Story of game


• Give explanations regarding game rules, game features and requirements for players in the form of documents.


• Understand and rewrite rules and content, such as game mechanics that varies in accordance with different games.


• Localized as game content needs to be translated into different languages


• Create business documents, break down Director of Games requirements into simple documents so that developers and the team can easily comprehend the content, give description of game features.


• Support test-play games in order to get a hold of the information and support game producers to analyse the products.


• Analyze player data and track key performance indicators (Retention, ARPU, DAU/WAU, Whale Spending, etc.) to suggest improvements.


• Conduct A/B testing to optimize monetization, engagement, and retention..


• Work closely with development teams to ensure features meet business and game design requirements.


• Write BRD (Business Requirement Document), Flowcharts, and describe game flow clearly.

3. Requirements


•
Ability to write clear documentation (GDD, BRD, Flowcharts)..


• At least
2-3 years of experience

in game design.


• Excellent command of English skills equivalent to IELTS 6.5 and above (no certification required).


• Good logical thinking and critical analysis skills.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.


• Understanding of game economy, RTP balancing, and IAP monetization.


• Familiarity with game mechanics and various genres of games.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.


• Familiarity with at least one of the following: Unity, Cocos Creator, SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, Firebase is a plus.


• Enthusiastic and highly responsible.
