Role Description

Our client is seeking an Administrative and HR Manager, located in Vietnam. The Administrative and HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR and administrative operations, managing processes such as hiring, onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role includes maintaining HR policies, ensuring staff engagement, and managing office operations and vendor relationships. The position requires leadership in managing both short-term priorities and long-term organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts in Vietnam for both frontline and management-level staff.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including employee transportation, housing arrangements, and office operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Serve as a cultural and communication bridge between local Vietnamese staff and Chinese management.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and assist in employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • College degree or above; field of study is open.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles within Vietnam.
  • Familiarity with Vietnamese labor laws and administrative practices.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and local HR operations.
  • Proficient in both
    Vietnamese and Chinese
    (spoken and written).
  • Outgoing, diligent, and capable of effective cross-cultural communication and team integration.

Salary: 100,000 RMB/year
